How Askkids Works

• At the start of each survey, children choose whether to answer by writing or speaking.

• The app then adapts automatically, showing text fields or audio buttons based on the choice.

• To keep things simple, each page displays only one question at a time.

• Choice questions are limited to at most six options, each illustrated with an image or sound.

During the survey, a mobile tablet or smartphone is passed among children - for example, in a classroom setting. Each child answers independently. After each response, the app uploads the data and returns to the start, ready for the next participant.
